Hi,
I need to get hold of a human (chatbot useless) to sort out a non delivery which Ebay has signed off as a delivery and therefore closed my dispute.

If you need to talk to customer services, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I was really struggling with the automated answer service which simply went round in circles.
I've been called back by CS within 10 mins and now feel reassured that Ebay will help me get the refund I'm entitled to from a seller who has sold a broken product and will not answer my messages.

I have had issues but luckily I discovered the oproblem and lost no money and changed cards. I’ve spoken to eBay at length and I’m not intending to use it for a while. I’ve absolutely no idea how I got that emaili responded saying I had cancelled the account and not to contact me again and I reported a copy to the fraud section of email. I hope you are being honest I’ve been very concerned but the now and changed my cards. Thankyou for your concern. Louise

I haven’t sold anything on eBay and sorry about your BBQ. I can’t help because nothing like that has been delivered. If you have a picture of the deliver make sure you send it, they have a picture of my address. I wish you luck.
