Hi,
I need to get hold of a human (chatbot useless) to sort out a non delivery which Ebay has signed off as a delivery and therefore closed my dispute.

There is no phone number for eBay it's a Call Back option, I can offer you the link below, but to save you a wasted call, the only way a case for item not received can be closed is by the seller ( not eBay) entering a tracking number showing delivery or you did not escalate the case in time and it timed out.
If tracking has shown delivery if the item was left in an unsafe place it could well have been stolen, we hear of so many reports here.
If an eBay case has been closed another for the same item cannot be opened but you could try your payment provider, if stolen, then perhaps any home insurance cover ?
If you wish to have the above confirmed, and still wish to contact CS, this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I'll keep the above in mind for next time. Want a laugh! Just had an email from the sender saying...'The idiots have sent it back to me!' Well. At least now I know why my post code was not being accepted by Evri's tracking system.
