I need to get hold of a human (chatbot useless) to sort out a non delivery which Ebay has signed off as a delivery and therefore closed my dispute.

My answer was for another poster @gercl7745   who seems to have joined this thread, and would have been better to start their own as it seems they have received something they haven't ordered.
