Hello,
I’ve been buying from eBay for years never a seller just a buyer. This is the first time in all those years I’ve had a seller ignore my messages? Looking at their recent feedback I’m not the only one either as 3 negatives scores have appeared. I bought some hair products which said they would arrive either yesterday or today. They haven’t I have contacted the seller but no response. It’s not saying dispatched either? I tried to cancel one order (I ordered 2 separate sets) what do I do now? Thanks

No problem at all- sellers are usually pretty good from my experience, there could be a good reason as to why the sale did not go as planned - I always give benefit of the doubt, unless I am proved otherwise... so just see how it goes and if they do not communicate with you, it only adds to your case.

Is this what I need to do? I’ve never done anything like this before as every other seller has been fab. Also would I need to wait 3 days for them not to reply or not reply to the cancellation request before I can “item not received” on the other items? Thanks

How long have you been waiting for your items?
If it is over 3 or 4 days expected delivery , I would go ahead and open an "item not received" case and take it from there.

This may prompt the seller to respond to you, you never know 😉
If they say they have posted, ask them to provide you with or upload the reference number into the system so you can gauge delivery... Do not close any opened case until you have received your items or are refunded.

Thank again..I will take your advice. It’s just disappointing that this is the first seller that I’ve ever had an issue with, hopefully like you say it may prompt a response.
