I recently ordered three items and only one arrived. I messaged the seller and yesterday, ebay emailed me with their reply. But I can't reply to the seller's message! Every time I follow the link in the email, I get the error message above. Also, my ebay account doesn't show my recent order or messages. It's all a mess and I haven't been able to contact anyone at ebay. The automated assistant can't find my recent order either and doesn't understand the issue. I'm about to go on holiday, so need to get this resolved quickly.

You don't need to message the seller or contact anybody at Ebay.
You need to open a case.
If the items were one order and the postage was combined, open a return case stating 'missing parts or pieces'.
Or, if this was three separate orders, open an 'item not received ' case for each item/parcel you have not received.
If you contact Ebay, they will only tell you to open a case.

Is this another case of ebay taking over the messaging as they appear to have done to others as mentioned in several posts?
