On 1st October a sent a toy hot wheels car to Germany.
It was rejected by the Royal Mail and sent back to me with no explaination.
I raised a query with royal mail and they said
HS Codes 950100-950399 , Toys are restricted in Germany.
please note I have a Valid LUCID licence and I have been selling to Germany for 10 years.
I have asked the Royal mail to explain as the link they sent me says nothing about trestrictions on Toys to Germany.
Can anyone help?

I Have had this happen too , I send from france and every now and then a parcel will come back from germany with no explanation , The sticker from the german most making no sense , i have just resent them using a different service , i sent a very expensive vintage lead figures set and that came back within days no attempt to deliver , i am lucid registered as well , i did for a long time get requests from ebay .De to add a german vat number , even though i have a french/EU one they wanted a seperate quartly vat return sending to germany , most of my items were no longer seen or available after that , germany was one of my best customers , so it maybe that you have no german vat number and were unfortunatley picked up and returned by german customs , i would try sending it again , different courier too perhaps
