EU VAT changes. Why does ebay refuse to show the VAT rate on any of its screens or reports

I have 8000 listings. I cannot check the VAT rate on these listings as none of the screen or reports show vat. It is not a customisable field.

How can I see what vat rate is set on each of my 8000 listings as ebay does not display this field
