My customers are having a nightmare with combined orders. It has got worse over the last two weeks.
A customer tonight put 8 items in the basket on an ebay app. All of these items have an automatic postage discount set up. The customer chose the argos click/collect and when they went to pay they charged 8 lotts of postage. It made no attempt to combine the order. It generated 8 argos codes.It made 8 paypal entries.
has anyone else had this problen.
ebay won't sort this out because they make 8 lots of fees on the postage.

The response from tobias is incorrect for the last 5 years whenever buyers have put things in the basket the automatic postage discount I have set up has reduced the postage. This did not work in the case of this click and collect item. You don't need to request an invoice to get this to work

Spoke to EBAY today about this. Ebay know that this happens and have known for a long time but have done nothing about it. Only workround is to block the argos click and collect option
