People may not know this, if your item sold and listed with the simple delivery option. You can not make any changes to the Postal service or change the time from 48 to 24 or even try to see the buyers address. Not possible!
The only way is to Cancel the listing and select Custom postage from the Ebay App. ( not using a pc). Also ebay will not refund the simple delivery label cost if the seller chooses not to use it if a listing is not cancelled and the seller some how uses their own postage label without cancelling the sale. (Ebay have become very unfair platform now)

Yep all done! New tracking numbers to boot! It was probably beginning of July the first one. The amount of money they are grabbing is ridiculous now with not combining orders either.
i had two identical comics so listed the qty as 2, somebody bought both and one is bad enough at £2.72 but for both is £3.34. It’s disgusting. £1.55 that was before this *bleep*py policy.

I changed to business seller last year and can honestly say that I’ve never had a postage refund and I’ve submitted at least six.

If you are a Business Seller then Simple Delivery doesn't apply to you so no idea what refunds you are referring to?

Unfortunately if the item is over £10 simple delivery is compulsory and there is no way of adding outside tracking, I've tried

Ebay had now changed the cut off to £20 instead of £10. Still selected sub-categories only and has to be 100g or less.
