My local drop off won't accept parcels larger than a shoebox.

My local Yodel drop off point has said they will not take any parcels larger than a shoebox as they are "just a convenience store".  They are the only local Yodel point.  Is this normal?  Are there "large" and "small" designated Yodel dropoffs?

thanks

Shop also refused my Yodel parcels. Four parcels about 100cm x 14cm x 14cm containing a cheap golf club £20 - £30 each.

Ebay let me buy these labels off their site stating maximum 120cm length.

I've had to cancel all labels, do them again by EVRI on EVRI website.

Ridiculous!

Re: My local drop off won't accept parcels larger than a shoebox.

Problem remains in July 2025. Parcel meets the dimensions and is under weight but Yodel collection point refuse to acceopt. Yodel customer services suggest driving around until we find a store that will accept the parcel and Ebay suggest cancelling the order and relisting with Parcelforce for more money. Disgusting Ebay - I'm usually your biggest champion but pls stop offering the service. This problem has been going on for over a year based on other posts on the forums.
