My local drop off won't accept parcels larger than a shoebox.

My local Yodel drop off point has said they will not take any parcels larger than a shoebox as they are "just a convenience store".  They are the only local Yodel point.  Is this normal?  Are there "large" and "small" designated Yodel dropoffs?

thanks

Re: My local drop off won't accept parcels larger than a shoebox.

Shop also refused my Yodel parcels. Four parcels about 100cm x 14cm x 14cm containing a cheap golf club £20 - £30 each.

Ebay let me buy these labels off their site stating maximum 120cm length.

I've had to cancel all labels, do them again by EVRI on EVRI website.

Ridiculous!
