I am very dissatisfied with Ebay customer service advisors. I would like to make a complaint and would like to know how to do this?

There is a complaint section on the eBay site. You may have to go in personal settings. But I normally ring them up.

Just out of interest you say you ' ring them up', which workable and free phone number are you using, as the usual communication with eBay is through a Call Back option, or is this what you mean ?

Aaah OK, I just wanted to be clear it is the right channel you're using , the Call Back option, and not some unauthorised £10 a minute phone number, which there are some floating around, and peeps unknowingly using until they receive a massive phone bill ! 🤔

I think you're right. According to the WayBack Machine the current timeframes page has only existed since March this year (the case I was referring to happened before then).

I am the OP and I would also like this thread to be locked. Nobody really answered my question and it has gone completely off-topic.
