How can I make a complaint about Ebay customer services?

I am very dissatisfied with Ebay customer service advisors.  I would like to make a complaint and would like to know how to do this?

There is a complaint section on the eBay site. You may have to go in personal settings. But I normally ring them up.

Just out of interest you say you ' ring them up', which workable and free phone number are you using, as the usual communication with eBay is through a Call Back option,  or is this what you mean ?

Yes I do that or if you choose correctly or you just type in what you want them to know it’s a bit laborious. But you don’t get many options.

Aaah  OK,   I just wanted to be clear it is the right channel you're using , the Call Back option,  and not some unauthorised £10 a minute phone number, which there are  some floating around, and peeps unknowingly using until they receive a massive phone bill ! 🤔
