I ordered an early signed photo of Carl Perkins from the 50's & they sent mea signed photo of Carl Perkins from the 70's,they sent me the wrong photo & i had to pay £2.80 to send it back

You should not have had to pay to return something that was not as described. Did you read how the money back guarantee works?

13 years on ebay and scramed by a buyer and the agent told me a load of lies what they would do with this buyer who lefted me neg feedback and got is feedback hidden so i cant see what hes upto .i buy my goods to make a little bit of money and when a buyer comes to he ebay he makes a statement item never came yet tracking showes item delivered am out off pocket ebay agent.. they our going to look into the this buyer and the feedback will be removed the agent told me lies ebay done nothing and still this buyer is on ebay with sadness am leaving ebay at the end of the summer i need protection but ebay dont offer to sellers

eBay do not receive / answer emails, it's only a Call Back option, here's the link if you need it in future.

In the case of ' the rubber duck', you didn't need to contact CS here, but within 30 days you needed to open a case for item not as described... Does Not Match Description of Photos, and under eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy, you would have received a full refund.
Familiarise yourself with the MBG, it could save you a lot of money in the future.

Dear eBay Customer Support,
I am writing to formally dispute an overcharge on the shipping fee for an item I sold on 20 May.
The item was sold for £5.00. I purchased a shipping label via eBay for EVRU service, with a declared weight of 1 kilogram, for which the price shown on eBay’s website was £2.94. However, I was charged £5.49 for the shipping.
During a phone conversation with one of your agents, I explained these details, including the fact that the shipping label I purchased was for 1 kilogram, but the actual weight of my package was only 80 grams. Despite this, the agent insisted that the label price should have been £5.49.
I believe this charge is incorrect and unfair. I kindly request a thorough review of this shipping fee charge and a clear explanation of why I was overcharged.
Please treat this as a formal complaint, and I look forward to your prompt response.
