I am very dissatisfied with Ebay customer service advisors. I would like to make a complaint and would like to know how to do this?

What happened was that I used the packlink service which is, or was last November, an option where you paid for the courier via Ebay. Packlink gave the delivery to DPD who failed to deliver it, they ignored all communications and without anyone's agreement they sent the goods back to me.
I then went directly to royal mail who successfully delivered the parcel, I complained to packlink and they refunded the charge to Ebay, but Ebay haven't/can't or won't pass the credit to my account. It's obvionot a lot of money, but I'm fed up with these Americans ripping off the little people. It's a nation formed by greed and run on greed ever since.

That explains how ebay (might) owe you money, not how you owe ebay money.

I have read all your posts but what you describe is bizarre and hence difficult to fill the gaps from previous experiences.
Are you saying that somehow you didn't pay for the original Packlink postage and that is what ebay thinks you owe them? In that case, it's still bizarre because I don't see how you could not have paid for the original postage.

So the problem was caused by you closing the account that ebay would have used to take payment for the label, and also pay the credit for the label.
You are expecting them to do something the systems are not designed to do, i.e net the two off, when what the system is designed to do is take a payment and then credit it back (as a payment).
If a CS rep said they could net the two off, they were probably just telling you what they thought you wanted to hear.
I do agree that overall you don't owe ebay anything.

"I haven't closed my Ebay account, only the bank account, I changed banks".
I was clearly referring to the bank account, as were you in the post I replied to.
"You should know that Ebay will not let you close an Ebay account if they think that you owe them money,"
I do know that, but I was referring to your bank account, not your ebay account.
"It's rather condescending of you to suggest that they were just being "nice to me"."
Putting something in " " implies you are quoting me, I didn't say they were being nice to you, I said they told you what they thought you wanted to hear. We have lots of examples of Ebay CS doing that to get people off the line.

Yes padanpcparts there is. Thank you for asking as ebay just bait you for a laugh nowadays. I have had lots of issues with a hacked account, cancelled purchases etc due to petty criminals and when I try to phone ebay you speak to a Joven or James and they just block everything you need. Supervisor? busy. Wait on call for them to finish? .. still on hold waiting for James .. 55 mins. He sent a link to change password after 3 calls and two hours but it won't work. Ebay is a joke now. So many rivals are capitalising on this they will have to buy the competition. Let's hope their card works!?

My ebay account is new . and I decided to start a business , My account was unfairly restricted by eBay, and the experience with their customer service has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call them, they talk to me as if I’m a criminal, instead of trying to help. I shipped all my items on time using normal postal service. Unfortunately, some buyers opened cases before the items arrived, but after they received them, they even left positive feedback confirming everything was fine. Despite this, eBay still decided to restrict my account without proper justification. I’ve done nothing wrong, yet I’m being punished due to eBay’s flawed system and unhelpful customer service. It feels like they don’t care about sellers at all, and their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Ebay don't do emails and the money back guarantee is for 30 days after delivery/ expected delivery. They can't/ won't help after that time has expired.

I find this to be an unsalt as I've sent you a number of messages complaining about not receiving my item and just getting ripped off by you're company. And this is not the first time that this has happened to me and i'm getting fed up with it. After all it would be difficult if it was you're money would it not and i work hard fpr mine .

You don't send messages when an item doesn't arrive,a seller is likely to ignore messages and eBay doesn't reply to them.
What you need to do is open a case for each item that hasn't arrived and do this as soon as the estimated delivery date has gone.
To open a claim, find the item in your purchases and to the right under 'more actions' select 'I didn't receive it' this opens a case with eBay,you should get a reply from the seller within 3 days if you don't then return to the case on day 4 and ask eBay to step in and you should get a refund if the seller cannot prove delivery.
