Any thoughts as why would suddenly ebay sales would do ZERO since start of February.
We have been closely monitoring our sales and since start of January 2025 sales are down. But they have now completely died as soon as February started.

On this account yes. I have being selling on ebay since 2011 on my old account. I took a break for 6 months due to missing so many events in my kids lives. Unfortunately since I came back I forgot my password and can not access my old account.
(The only option is to get a text to a phone number attached to the account. I no longer use this phone number, but to change phone number you need to log in. So long story short after several weeks of trying and failing to get back into the account I just gave up and started over.)

I'm actually beginning to think the search is broken, I struggle to find similar items to ones I want to sell to check pricing more often than not these days.
Maybe people just aren't finding what they want, other than that, sales are trickling in for me, not great but not terrible either

They weren’t responding to you!

I was a private seller on eBay with eBay being my only income I have had to change to a business account. If eBay stop what they are doing then will change back to a private seller. I don’t agree with what eBay are doing I wish there was an alternative to eBay for private sellers hopefully eBay can get this issue sorted soon.

Once an account has changed to a business account there is no going back. ebay doesn't allow business accounts to revert to private ones.

Ebay.....if it ain't broke, DON'T FIX IT !!!
Ebay continue to interfere. They are now trying to get us to buy postage labels and stop us using Royal Mail !
Royal mail are certainly the most reliable company re deliveries (on time).
Anyone daft enough to rely on a company like EVRI deserve what they get !
No longer is ebay a good place to sell unwanted items and there are many thousands of sellers that feel like I do !!!

I’ve been an eBay member for over 20 years and have occasionally sold things I no longer need. However recently cannot use the app don’t have a computer, rely on tracking to say is delivered if not have to wait fourteen days, impossible to contact RM! Now I sell through a store that uses IG and has a shop. She get more money for items and is honest reliable and pays within hours if sells something. I’ve moved to Vinted for bits and bobs

Evri is absolutely the way to go, cheaper for domestic and International postage when booked directly.
Tracking is reliable, loads of locations to drop your parcels, and having shipped around 1500 items in the last 12 months with them (not just via eBay), I've only had 1 go missing and get stuck their the system.
For years we've only been able to rely on Royal Mail, but the constant price hikes, the premium of having to pay extra for tracked, coupled with my local post office having silly opening and closing times, has absolutely killed it for me.

Evri seemed to be a bit poor, in the first few years of Hermes, in my experience. Since then they have been excellent but we do have a really good and reliable delivery/collection driver, in my area. I just use Royal Mail mostly, as it's convenient for me and I've only had one parcel lost out of 4000ish (and that was down to the Italian Posta, who were responsible for the last mile).

Funny enough I was in the post office today and listened to a conversation between staff and an Evri delivery driver. The Evri man was complaining that his holiday replacement hadn't been visiting all the post offices on his round in his absence.

You really should keep your head down.
You are another one, who is actually helping to ruin Ebay, by breaking the rules!
Only 2600 items with multiples of new!
So many legitimate business' are ruined because of people who pretend to be private sellers, when they are not!
If you have stopped buying, then stop selling as you obviously don't believe in the system!

The response was not directed at you, as it quite clear from it!

You have not looked at my account, and you have no idea what you’re talking about re: items that people want, or you wouldn’t have said that. As someone else said, you are misrepresenting yourself and your sales, and from my own opinion, you are full of it.
A liar, bragger, boaster and poser telling people how things are. I would laugh but it’s actually tragic.
