They made the refund. However, the time receiving and sending the parcel back was lost. In the description, they marked Apple MacBook Pro as a Configured to Order with exceptional specs. These were the following - Core i9, 512Gb SSD, 2.9GHz, 32Gb RAM And here are the specs of the laptop I received: Processor generation - unidentified from the label, 256Gb SSD, 2.4GHz, 16Gb RAM When I wrote to them requesting a replacement, they reverted back saying a mistake has occurred and offered a refund as an only option. They also offered £100 down the price should I choose to keep the laptop. Note, that the market price of 16Gb of RAM is ~ £350, the price of 256Gb SSD is ~ £150 Are these kinds of schemes permitted?
