you aren't showing any recent sales so what money are you waiting for?

Nobody knows what money you are talking about. How do you expect an answer?

If you've sold something and the buyer hasn't paid, and you're within 32 days of the purchase date, open an Unpaid Item case, and close as 'unpaid' after 4 full days to get the Ebay selling fee credited back to your Ebay account. If you're out of time, there's nothing you can do, I'm afraid. You will have to pay the selling fee.

And add the non-payer's Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List (Account...Site Preferences). And while you're there, tighten up your Buyer Requirements to lower the risk of getting non-payers and other rogue buyers in the first place.

If you're posting as a buyer, I assume you've opened an Ebay case as per the 30-day Money Back Guarantee and followed instructions to get your money back...? If so, be aware that refunds go back to source. If you paid with a debit card, it will take up to 7 days to clear into your bank account. If you paid with a credit card, it can take up to 30 days to appear on your cc statement. These are the banking industry norms.

And note for future use that you cannot 'name and shame' on public forums - against the rules and the law.
