... 'nasty and unpleasent' Ukip, as he urges Miliband to 'stand up' to Farage and his own MPs over Europe and immigration.
Mr Blair, who opened our doors to immigrants from the whole world for 13 years without consulting our people. And I cant recall him talking about it? But he can about this. I 'don't' wonder why?
How can this hypocritical money grabbing excuse for a human being show his face and proclaim that Ukip is nasty and unpleasant?
Ukip has ''no solutions to the problems of the 21st Century'', Blair said. And that the EU needed to ''Iisten and lead'' in response to the outcome of the elections, which saw a rise in support for anti-EU parties, and stop doing ''irritating things''.
Mr Blair, also said it must also ''confront and expose'' parties like UKIP. ''You look under that UKIP facade and you see something pretty nasty and unpleasant,'' he told BBC radio.
Yes, considering the damage Blair, has caused to our international reputation and economy he should go and scurry back down the hole he came from.
He, is the person most responsible for almost all of this country's woes.

Difficult to think of a better description for those who appear to have voted for a party based on just two of their policies whilst at the same time ignoring what they are actually voting for.
I don't remember hearing or reading that voters were supporting UKIP for any of the above policies or because they supported the repeal of the ban on hunting, getting rid of employer's NI contributions or the introduction of a flat rate of income tax no matter how high the earnings.

I don't recall the voters being asked why, i do recall them being told why..

UKIP voters are not sheep, neither are they stupid. They know that UKIP didn't have a fully established manifesto at the recent European elections. People who voted for UKIP are concerned about immigration and the way that the other three parties have ignored it over the years. And if they don't address it pretty soon, then none of those other things that you have listed will matter, because the country will be in meltdown. We are almost there now, IMO. To refer to UKIP voters as sheep is insulting, as if they don't think before they vote. Those who stick to the status quo and are afraid to change their voting habits are more like sheep. Or more like Lemmings, blindly running to the edge of the cliff. UKIP voters will think about, and decide, which policies are important to them before voting at the General Election next year. And I strongly suspect that their priorities will be exactly the same as the last election. I voted UKIP and will probably do the same next year if nothing dramatically changes before then. And I am most certainly not a sheep.
To claim that UKIP don't have a fully established manifesto after 20 years in existence and to support them on a single issue nevertheless is being sheeplike. They have been led by a propaganda campaign into believing that a single issue is of such importance that it overrides all their other aims.
Much like a farmer persuading just one sheep to enter the pen and the others will follow without wondering what is wrong with the whole field that is full of grass or where they're being taken or what the consequences will be - popularist politics at its best - worst???

Yes, well said Astro.
Is Mr Creeky, dig, dig, dig. digging again? And he altered my #19. Mr Creeky, you are aloud to quote, but not to alter in any way at all someones post. Underlining my lines is for ME, not you. But nice try.
And he dares say:

A poll, by ComRes, suggests of the 4.3 million people that voted Ukip in the European elections will do so again.
Only 4.3 million sheep. And they have been led??? (heh!).
Oh that will do. I'm off to work. DIG away!

Exactly the sort of reply I would expect from a UKIP supporter.
Absolutely no attempt to address the issues raised. All bluster.
As for changing a post underlined the part I was replying to

..........
Exactly, the sort of reply I expected from you. That's why I said DIG on.
I see... the BIT you were replying to. A deviation from your usual practice of picking that bit out and putting it in quotes? Slightly misleading that. I must remember to look out for your underlines. (or your hair-splitting).
I have addressed this thread (at the moment) more than anybody. And quite a few have agreed with me. Well no one hasn't YET. But it can be changed (wink). We ALL bluster except YOU then? Tut tut at least read their comments BEFORE you make yours.
Hard luck! again. But carry on digging. He will (heh).
Right we are out for a beer, just like our Nigel, and most of his 4.3 million voters, (and many more soon) I should think.

I'm not sure how many more sheep there are left to vote for him
Anyhow glad to see you are in favour of workfare, NHS privatisation, flat rate income tax and all the other policies UKIP stand for - because you're not a sheep and didn't vote for them on a single issue

The comparison of UKIP voters to sheep is unfair. Sheep are generally docile and placid creatures, whereas UKIP voters - in my experience - tend to be irrational, foaming-at-the-mouth imbeciles who believe "forrin baddie" type stories the Daily Mail/Express spoonfeeds to them.
And this is UKIP's candidate for Newark. What a lovely chap. The fact Kim Jong Farage selected Helmer for Newark means UKIP can't play their "only a few bad apples" card any more.
The irony is UKIP want to defend "British values", yet privatisation of healthcare, legalising handguns, homophobia, return of the death penalty, and science denial are the sort of values you'd expect in a Red State in the USA.
Perhaps we should start deporting Kippers to Texas?
Oh, and Kippers should perhaps read up on "free movement " between EEA countries - simply leaving the EU is not the magic bullet to 'end immigration' those lovely, well-informed pearl clutchers & Colonel Blimps think it is.

I said in #28 (line 5&6) : ''But it can be changed'' (wink).
Well... I haven't seen Mr Boohunter, on here for many months. Well, its nice to see someone reappear from the distant past to support someone because that's what ''friends'' should do. But at least not almost immidiately - just after I said it can change. Hardly tactful. And even obvious some might say.
Yes, we have been made aware of your experiences - that Ukip voters - tend to be irrational, foaming-at-the-mouth imbeciles who believe ''forrin baddie'' type stories the Daily Mail/Express spoonfeeds them.
My, my you have a charming way with words. And you don't come over as bitter at all?
Foaming-at-the mouth imbeciles. Forrrin baddie. Pearl cluchers & Colonial Bimps. Oh dear that wont please some on here. Why to me it comes over that YOU are foaming at the mouth.
And you were only trying to help him. (heh).

Well, considering UKIP wish to "end political correctness", I can use more rasping terminology if you'd prefer?
Alternatively, you could always reinforce UKIP's "anti-establishment" credentials by auctioning some autographed photos of Neil Hamilton rolling around in a bed of £50 notes wearing nothing but a jockstrap....
