Currently, it appears that the MPs seem to think that their role at Westminster is to promote their own viewpoint?
The role of an MP is supposed to be that of a person representing the view of their constituents but how many actually seek out the view/opinion of their constituents on current affairs?
If an MP actively sought the views of constituents and found that their overwhelming opinion was for one particular course of action which was directly opposed to their own opinion, which way should they vote if it comes to that?
Do they consider "I know what's best for them" or do they vote along with the preference of their constituents?
It's life Jim, but not as WE know it.

Al...that is just an opinion. It could well be that leaving the EU , even without a deal, would be in the country's best interests. We wouldn't know, unless we tried. 'In the country's best interests' can be used as an excuse for all sorts of calumny, as we are seeing on a daily basis now.

To be fair the government has never denied this is the case - what is missing in that statement is that body bags are just one of many other medical supplies and medicines that are being stockpiled as the current suppliers are all based in EU countries.

It is PLAIN to everyone but the Rabid Brexiters, that this will be a major Disaster for this Country
It started with it being a 2/3yr transition period, then it was 5yrs to 8 to 10
Then the Brexiters STOPPED saying How long the Transition' period
(cute word for a deeper recession) would be all together
So Brexit for at least 10yrs, will hammer this Country financially
We may emerge as the New Singapore
Drones working for their rich slave master for a pittance
Turning into some offshore Tax leper - with little Tax, but No services etc
That is Bonzo and The faceless pro-Brexitbloodsuckers behind Hims plan

In my opinion, while voted into Parliament is to line their own pockets as much as they can, have as easy life as possible, not listen to anything their constituents want but do and vote on anything they themselves want that will benefit them, have as many subsidised meals and drinks as possible, a flat in London paid for by the people and sold on when they are voted out and the money pocketed by them and claim as much in expenses as possible for anything they can rather than use their wages like normal people must do when wanting something.
If I have missed anything I do apololgise but it can be debated and raised at the next meeting.

You seem to have an issue with immigrants, that is so sad in this day and age.
People voted to leave for a myriad of reasons, one being one of the leaders of the remain campaign openly saying wages would have to rise if we voted to leave.
