Weird thing,,, my brother years ago in Australia saw Rolf at a cricket match,ran down and asked for his autograph for me!. It was on a piece of newspaper. My brother sent it to me but over the years it dissapeared or i lost it and dont know where it went. MMm Spooky!!.

I know i have said this before but i dont understand a daughter and a wife gaily walking beside him to court as if nothings happened. Then if hes guilty some are still there backing himup!!???. WHAT????. I*****S or IMBECiles!!.

All these prosecutions have opened up a real can of worms, back in the 60's; behaviour ( sexual and otherwise ) was considerably more free and easy than it is now. **bleep** and sexual assault has always been just that, in my book, **bleep** and Sexual assault and there is no excuse for it. However, young Girls followed these celebrities around like moths around a flame in those days; in fact the name groupies came from that era. There was a lot of groping, touchy feely, call it what you want going on; now because we've all got to watch our P's & Q's and everything is about political correctness ( there's a real contradiction in terms........Politics & Politicians being correct........NOT ).....many things are now viewed differently. There are going to be a lot of genuine People involved in these prosecutions, but there are also going to be a lot of nasty, money grabbing parasites in there as well ( that's just people being people as we all know too well ). I just hope, through it all, whoever has the unenviable task of sorting it all out, can do it. If you ask me, if they get it 80% right; they'll have done pretty well.

I agree with all you say & you are right it is an unenviable task for the very reasons you state, each case that has been seen has been a he said she said they said situation with no evidence as such which is why the verdict was as it was, with the exception of course of those who actually owned up. They are either going to have to give concrete proof or this debacle will have to be reviewed, I have stated before I abhor these crimes on the other hand malicious intent is rife also, nobody wins ,the hurt if genuine is still apparent & the accused if innocent has lost his reputation forever!

It does seem that at the time of Rolf Harris' association with the girl, his wife was not aware of it. It was a betrayal of her. He has probably had to confess to her and his daughter what he has done. The tone of the letter that he wrote seems to show remorse. He and his wife have been married many, many years. She probably knows him better than anyone. His wife and daughter love him, and have obviously forgiven him. and .......he is innocent until proven guilty. These trials are like witch-hunts. How many more of these girls/ women are going to come forward after 40 years and accuse a celebrity of **bleep** them 16 times? 16 times??? It's a joke.

No....we are not supposed to forgive the violation of children. The 'error' I am referring to is his betrayal of his wife, which he has admitted to, which is not a nice thing to do to her, but NOT a crime.Some people could forgive a betrayal like that, others could not. He has denied that the relationship with the girl happened whilst she was under age. How do you know that he is not telling the truth.? There is a vast difference between an adulterer and a child abuser. You are assuming his guilt, and the trial has not yet ended. Today's evidence revealed that the girl later asked him for £25.000......Hmmmmmmm. Holidays abroad with the Harris family? Visits and sleepovers at their home ,AFTER she had supposedly been abused? Demands for large sums of money? Very strange....

What I want to know is this. Where are all the court cases where failed celebs from the 60's are being taken to court for sexual assault? The cases that we see now are all what you might call "C" list Celebs. Where are the "H" list and lower celebs? Not rich enough to report?

Maybe its only the ones that earned the big bucks and were A listers that thought they would get away with it cos they earnt so much money they thought they were invinsible. They think with money comes power, and no one will dare report them. Or they are so sure people will think the girls reported them for money!!. , so they wont be believed!!.
