yes I know eddie from liverpool  he used to have new id every day due to ebay kept him baning

I found another urban tiger Malc  and chrissy they are now in  Burnham on sea neart Bristol 

There used to be Jane from plymouth Thalley from glasgow

I have now in contact with sue who claims to be my wife although never seen her in real lol

Lancashire lad was in to packing and his name was Eddie, still active. There used to be Lancashire Lass but I think they parted. Eddie was red hot on HTML , he had auctionpix (amongst others) and was a very helpful chap.

It ended fairly quickly as I recall.

I dont know about danni there was another guy Antz he used to sell remote control

Penny i think was Ross's daughter, jenni from leeds or bradford her son was Rob

I think the "celebrity" couple you are thinking of was Danni and Dave (Marsbar).  Their pics used to be plastered all over the ebay boards.

danni was a Geordie lass and Dave came from Preston, I think. 

Both became victims of over-zealous "respected members", who thought they owned the boards,  Many other good posters at the time also fell by the wayside.. 

It seems so long ago...I almost remember those times in black and white.

ostrich  No, it was a competition by ebay for any 'couple' who had met and got together via ebay

The couple in question were largely not related  to this forum, and the relationship didn't last very long

Ebay also ran a poster of the year competition  a bit earlier, during the time of Henry, Alexia, Richard etc, prize a trip to ebay usa

Mars claimed Manchester, though few would want to claim to be from Preston, for obvious reasons.He posted many of his own pics and had peripheral claims to 'celebrity' 

As for D, she claimed that she ran out of 'i' s

self appointed 'owners' still exist, nowt changed there.

on line love is not real russ's wife from us told me one of  the member had suicde attemp after 

failing in ebay love affair. First she tried on me posting everywher "I love Rob" that night her all posts

about me.Next night she was with eddie(liverpool) then she was going to come to liverpool to join eddie.

I think eddie was married and had children. He was trying to  escape then I offered her come to manchester I will take you to eddie 

for one to one meet up.

few weeks latter I recieved email saying she had suicide attemp

I hope she is ok now a days
