Re: complaints

You didn't order any items from anybody here , we are members like yourself.  You didn't order them from eBay either,  they are just the selling platform for sellers to use.

If you have received items not as described,  this is how  you now need to proceed:

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Just proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

Re: complaints

I have a complaint.  Ebay ripped me off £3.71 for an unused postage label which I bought on ebay via packlink but not simple delivery.  The label was not used because the courier shop wouldn't take it as the parcel size was wrong so I asked my buyer to cancel the order. However I couldn't seem to void the label strait away cos ebay wouldn't let me for some reason. I sent the correct info to packlink but the idiots said to void the label. OMG I wouldn't have contacted them if i could do that

That's not all ebay also took £2.70 of me for an unused SD label because I was only paid £2.50 for a freepost item so I refused to use it & bought cheaper £1.55 postage instead. I found out that I couldn't get a refund so I paid £4.25 postage & only received £2.50 for the sale

I will report the to trading standards & write to all the national newspapers cos its a scam not happy at all

Re: complaints

Ebay think they are a law onto themselves so can get away with any unethical practises. What if the courier won't take an SD label if it's wrong I don't trust this simple delivery either
