anyone getting a "USER NOT FOUND" error?

Noticed this 3 times today on 3 different user accounts.... when clicking on orders to contact the user, we're getting an error when we click on their accounts - SORRY, THIS USER WAS NOT FOUND in a big red bar, as shown on the image attached. 

Anyone else know anything about this?

It's a known tech issue.

eBay are aware and working on a fix.

You are not alone,  many have been reporting this all day.

Ah brilliant.... I was thinking that there was issues with "dubious" accounts.

Hi @custom-giftsuk 

This issue has been resolved. It might take a little bit of time for the fix to fully roll out but it should stop happening over the next few hours.
