On my private account I have been trying all morning to revise a listing. All I am getting is just a blank page. I have tried numerous times, cleared cookies, signed out and back in again, tried revising listings on other of my items and the same for all of them, just a blank page. However, on this business account there is no issue. Just wondered if anyone else experiencing this.

I have same problem, on multiple items. Tried it on several browsers, cleared the cookie. Nothing.

Thanks for your reply. Yes still happening. You see all outlines of the boxes but absolutely no text.

Exactly.
And it's been going on for a few days now. I thought it would resolve itself (someone would report the bug), but I see that nothing is happening to fix the problem.

Thanks for the replies. I don't use the app on my private account as I have the app set up for my business account.
Still not working for me this morning. Also tried on Android and same on there.

There is an open ticket with tech so I will add your account. Can you provide the item number for the listing you are trying to revise so I can include that example and also what browsers you are using. Once I get an update then I'll let you know.

I don't use the app on my private account as I have the app set up for my business account.
It might be worth signing out of your business account in the app, signing in to your personal account, doing your editing, then signing out and back in to your business account.

Thanks, yes I did think of that but to be honest I really don't like the app, I only use it for the "kerching" when I get a sale. I find the app totally unreliable. For example the "unsold" items is always incorrect. I have lost count of how many times the app tells me I have 5 items unsold, then I go and relist them only to find out they are already relisted.
To prove the point, I have just double checked on my account on Windows and I have zero unsold items. The app is telling me I have 2.

I find the app totally unreliable.
If you are unable to revise your listings at all using a browser, the app may prove more reliable in this one specific instance as a temporary workaround.

I'm having the same problem. Cannot revise listing, happens quite often over the last few days.

I did try the app and the description which is what I am wanting to edit is reading as all gobbledegook.

I'm having the same issue on PC. It doesn't matter what browser I use. I've resorted to reinstalling them all and still the issue persists. It doesn't even attempt to load the boxes just the eBay banner loads followed by a frame with nothing but the disclaimer.
On the IOS APP I am able to revise listings however it only displays as HTML code *always has* so I do not bother editing description etc on the APP only price changes.
Is a resolution being worked on?
