On my private account I have been trying all morning to revise a listing. All I am getting is just a blank page. I have tried numerous times, cleared cookies, signed out and back in again, tried revising listings on other of my items and the same for all of them, just a blank page. However, on this business account there is no issue. Just wondered if anyone else experiencing this.

I've had this with a few listings, this one I can edit on my app. The only thing I can think of is that I cannot edit the price as there is an offer pending and that will end tomorrow, I'll try on pc then and see if it's that that is stopping me opening the edit page.

The vast majority of my listings I can't edit via any browser. I have tried quite a few and only found one example that I can edit, but to note I haven't tried every single listing.

Same issues here, multiple problems revising listings. Also seller hub not loading correctly, orders awaiting dispatch not loading at all, just showing a red exclamation mark
App not loading selling screen, "Network Error" message.
Extremely frustrating.

Hi All,
Tech have confirmed the issue with revising listings and getting a blank page has been resolved. You may need to refresh your page or clear your cache and cookies but it should be working when selecting to revise.

Im having the exact same issues. It is so annoying. It has been this way for the last couple of days. Was hoping it will go away after some time but nothing has changed. I can't revise or list anything on my account. Same issue is on the app and chrome browser. Re installed the app no difference. Tried my partners phone and the same issue happens while using a completely different device.

Can you ensure you have you have cleared all cache and cookies before trying. If the issue still persists can you share your listing number that you are trying to revise and a screenshot showing the blank page?

Thank you for a quick reply. I've just tried and none of my listing can be revised. Here is one of the listings that doesn't work 197799781434. Also, I have cleared cache and cookies as that was the first thing chat gpt suggested. Nothing has changed though.

Ive been having the same issue - unable to create listings on MAC using Safari browser or edit drafts or listings on this desktop after I finally uploaded listings on my Android mobile. The blank page appears (as shown by knit-in-styles) above. Same thing happens on my Android tablet...

You said this issue (inability to revise listings and getting a blank page) was resolved - but since then people have been contacting you with the same problem. So it doesn't look as if it's been resolved. Even after clearing cache and cookies, I still can't create or revise listings on my desktop, as I'd like to. I can only do this on the app on my mobile which isn't at all convenient. Just to repeat, I get the same blank page that others have sent you previously...

Tech had confirmed the issue as resolved from when it was originally raised on this thread. The user who had posted below you also resolved their issue by updating to the new app version.
Can you share an item number or two as an example and a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to list/revise? I will then log a ticket with tech for your account.
