I know there are posts on part of this but I can't get a resolution. I cannot print a label (last 4 orders) - I now cannot cancel the affected order, or refund, I'm taken into a perpetual loop of asking me for a payment method. I've added a payment method through the account section, but it still asks me for a payment mathod and I can't get past that. I'm using, Iphone, Android phone, Android Tablet, Windows work laptop, Gaming PC, Macbook Pro, all on different networks at different times, no VPN, nothing works, I'm now stuck with an order I can't do anything with at all.

There are ongoing glitches to do with Simple Delivery at the moment. I would think this is part of that. We're hoping it will be fixed soon.

This is a technical error from our end, and we're currently working on this to get it resolved. Once we get confirmation this has been resolved, I'll post back here to let you know.
