Trying to claim funds for last three days but can’t access

For three days I have been trying to access my funds. Do the usual things such as asking for code via text. Put the numeric code in and just goes to a different page.

Are you doing this through the eBay app? Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting your device.
