I sent out a bunch of second chance offers when my last lot of auctions ended last Sunday, but most of the links that buyers received started with https://rover.ebay.com/ and all of these links were dead and just led the buyer to a blank screen.
I spoke with ebay customer services on Sunday night and apparently tech support were already aware of this issue.
I sent another "test" offer today and the link that arrived with the buyer still starts with https://rover.ebay.com/
Not sure how long it takes tech support to sort out these issues but if it doesnt happen soon it will continue to have a negative impact on my sales.
If anyone from tech support is reading this perhaps you could provide an update?
