Anyone else experiencing this? There have been no Royal Mail tracking updates on eBay for anything dispatched on October 6th and 7th. The tracking works fine on the Royal Mail website, but on eBay it looks like it hasn't even been sent yet and still says to "Post by Mon 6 Oct".

There was a similar issue a few weeks ago where RM was not syncing with TT shop. It was resolved but took 10 - 12 days.

As a business seller your funds should still be coming through? I thought it was only private that had to wait until delivery confirmed.

It will usually need 48 hours for the system to update it, if u need the funds released get in touch with transaction hold department

I have several orders since 6th October still not updating. All say “Label created” and yet many have been delivered and feedback given. I did contact CS days ago and was told it was being addressed. I was also assured it would not affect my seller rating. Is that assurance, confirmed in an email, worth anything as so many are being told different things? Where is Kat from EBay on this? She promised an update. It’s appalling that there is silence on this still from EBay.

Out of 27 posted on 6th October 7 have now been marked Delivered on the 8th 20 to go

The first few of my items that I posted on or since the 6th Oct are now having their tracking updated. Hopefully this is a sign that eBay have found the issue and are slowly working their way through the backlog of items from the last week

I am experiencing the same issue with eBay holding over £5,000. Have spoken to eBay who assured me the problem would be sorted by today. It hasn't been

I have been experiencing this problem for 10 days, thus eBay holding over £5,000.00 . They admit it is a glitch on there system but it needs to be sorted ASAP . I am now overdrawn because of this issue

My official advice that I received from eBay higher ups was that I should manually update every single tracking number from RM on to eBay systems, irrespective of if it shows that the item has been dispatched or delivered or not on eBay's systems. We're going to do it too, because we know it's an eBay system issue as we have another ebay account selling different items, using the same RM OBA/Click and Drop account and tracking is uploaded automatically and showing items as delivered. I also deleted the 1st account's RM integration and created a new one, but to no avail. So not only do we know it's an ebay issue, we know what action ebay higher ups will take if the tracking doesn't get uploaded as it's happened to us - and is still happening to us.
So yes its a total PITA to manually upload thousands of tracking every month, yes it'll take an extra half an hour a day to do it manually, yes its not something I should have to do but if it stops the shenanigans that we've experienced in the last few weeks, its worth it.
My only concern is that ebay may use this as a pretext to launch Simple Delivery for Business. It's a major cash cow for ebay if they do this and no one could think that ebay aren't considering implementing this. It's very low hanging fruit now that the furore about Simple Delivery has died down and a lot of the bugs

So on Friday, I took a risk and deleted our RM integration for our 1st account (2nd account which sells different things - still 100% on uploading tracking numbers and gets automatic feedback) and left it for an hour or two, then created a new integration for the 1st account.
So having just manifested all the items for this weekend orders.... touch wood, it seems to have uploaded the majority of the tracking. Just going back in to patch up the ones that didnt, which it looks might be somewhere in the 60% did upload, about 40% didnt, so have to manually put these in. At least 60% is better than nothing

Seems that the numbers are syncing to say dispatched and are adding them to the sale. Just no update after.

So items dispatched on the 9th, which was Friday, that have been delivered according to Royal Mail still showing as ..... undispatched by eBay. Status is blank. Marked as dispatched by Royal Mail on Friday, yet still according to eBay... undispatched.

Having same issues with most orders already delivered from last week but now getting this message on tracking update page - "We're having difficulties connecting to this carrier for tracking updates. Please visit the carrier website for the latest tracking status."

I've had the same & over 200 searches on the Royal Mail site state delivered. Over 80 items eBay state not delivered have positive feedback . Beggars belief.

Still waiting for most of mine to be updated but just noticed that all those shipped yesterday now have a courier scan.
