Can't get into ebay for my sales or to print labels on the app I can of I go through google

A Community manager recently posted this message re app issues,  hopefully it will help you.

Delete app cache and data, sign out and sign back in, and update with the latest version ( version 6.2.46.0.1)

It requires android 12 and up .

Check you have this version, and operating system.

Hi parni-68, thanks for your post.

Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app? That should probably work for you. I don't think it would be a compatibility issue because if your phone doesn't meet the minimum criteria required for the app, it wouldn't work at all, but based on your statement above, it is just the sales section and labels.
