Not getting any sold items or message notifications

It's been almost a week now since I stopped getting any eBay sales or eBay message notifications by email. I notice that there are some other people with similar problems, and I have contacted eBay (surprise, surprise, no reply yet). For a company this massive, this is really unacceptable.

I'm now having to manually check on my eBay hub for any activity every hour or so. Does anyone have any info as to how long this situation is likely to last?

Yup

had one before Christmas and ended up paying for a faster delivery service to get the product to the customer before Criistmas

The Tech Team are aware of this and are currently looking into the it.

To help with their investigation can you send me any order IDs for transactions where you haven't received an email update. I'll pass them on to Tech to be reviewed.

I was also seeing a problem with missing email notifications between 27th Dec and 31st Dec (no notifications for sales or labels generated). Seems to be back to normal for me now though (since 31st Dec).

My problem is different. I do get emails to my email account but do not get message notifications on My eBay pages.
