My account got suspended after purchasing an item. I had to create another account in order to get through to this community, I was inactive from the app for a long time and I looked for an item I needed and purchased it, no problems, no issues. Suddendly today I receive this email saying that my account was suspended as my account may have been accessed by thirdparty. I have tried absolutely everything from the website and I cant get through to the agents. I have a different number from the one associated to the account and I just cant seem to get contacted to another number as im not in the UK anymore. Is there a way to recover the account or just abandon the whole company?

You have to first log out of this site and I don't think you have a country homesite, so you'll need to log into www.ebay.com to continue.

First, ask all household members if they by chance have had any restrictions / bans on their eBay accounts, anyone who may have used your device to activate their account? Any restriction held by anyonr in your household will pass onto you.

Log into the .com site and then you can reach eBay Customer Services here, through their help pages.

I read somewhere that if people in the same household had issues that could lead into other accounts been locked as well. I asked and so far nobody has had problems.

The problem is, I cant even log into the account as ebay mentioned on the email that they had changed the password on the account, so now im left with the option to have them call me only and I cant change the number or country to be contacted...
