Suddenly stopped receiving email notifications on community posts I was subscribed to around 9pm on Tuesday night.
Anyone else experienced this or any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Yep, me too and others have experienced this.
Perhaps dave@ebay or marco@ebay can help us here ?
Thank you !

Thanks for confirming it is not just me.
Irritating, as I have to keep coming to the boards to check; normally the emails allow me to keep abreast of what is going on as threads are updated.

Nope, definitely not just you, and yes frustrating, as there is no way to find out, if you come back to the forum to see if someone perhaps has come back and needs further assistance, without trawling through pages.
Usually with glitches it ' repairs' itself within a reasonable time, this one is becoming just a few days too Long, still there !
Annoying .

@tressygirl Did you ever get your email notifications back?
I am still receiving nothing - not even to more recent posts I have initiated. Its becoming a PITA trying to keep track of everything.

dave@ebay Is there any update yet on this issue? It is now more than 3 weeks since your post above indicating that you will update. Still no notifications coming through.

Now 4th May and still no email notifications.

I am beginning to wonder whether this is intentional. When these notifications went down the boards, especially the selling boards, were very active with many of the posts displaying negativity to eBay. Since this they have been noticeably quieter.
As the boards are run by Khoros, presumably on a service contract with eBay, you would think it would have been brought to their attention and quickly fixed to satisfy eBay, their customer. ..... or maybe they use the same programmers 🤔
The fact that this was initially raised with Dave and Marco by @tressygirl , an experienced mentor, you would also expect that there would have been some feedback other than a perfunctory response a month ago. It has now been more than 6 weeks since it was initially brought to eBay's attention.
Just another confirmation that eBay's paying customers are still considered "noise".

The issue is still being looked into,as if seems the error is with Khorus, and they have identified the technical issue in part,so hopefully the issue if fully sorted soon enough.
It doesn't work for me either and have recently pushed ebay for updates.

Morning @ett1954
I tried to find you this morning to send you a message that it's all back and running and couldn't find you.
Yep, I sent a message in the mentors lounge, as I'm quite an early bird, that mine appeared around 5.30 a.m. this morning.
Gave me quite a surprise that I was receiving a message so early in the morn, had to read it twice to realise what it was, quite forgot what those messages looked like !
Think everyone is much happier to see this back, the little auto bot who worked it out should get a reward !

Hi All,
Just a quick one on this.
This fix isn't fully rolled out so you might not get all notifications yet. It shouldnt be too much longer till its fully active.
Thanks,
Dave

Just this minute started receiving the notifications myself, and glad it's been sorted for the most part 😊

Hi @tressygirl
This is now fully rolled out but it may take a few hours for it to fully replicate across the system. It should back to normal by tomorrow morning but let me know if you're still seeing any more examples and Ill have it looked into.
Thanks,
Dave
