My listings wont load and go to draft

My listings won't leave the draft file just goes into n error and ask if I want to save a draft or cancel each time. I have 5 listing which this has happened.

Have you tried adding/changing a Bank Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments ?
