iam trying to import from my phone to google on ebay it doesnot recognise the phone i used to do it easy but i cant may be somethig you could hep with

The latest version of the eBay app requires Android 10 or later, or iOS 17 or later. If you have these versions or higher try clearing your cache, restarting your device or try accessing eBay through a browser.
