I have absolutely no idea, dewar-6886, and the Help&Contact page on Account restrictions and suspensions (https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/account/account-restrictions-suspensions/account-restrictions-suspension... ) is no help either.
I doubt calling CS will provide a definite answer - if you call them twice you'll probably get two different answers - so my only other suggestion is to ask the Community Team. Allow me:
Do account restrictions run for calendar days or business days?

Hi dewar-6882, thanks for your post.
This really depends on the type of restriction on your account. Some restrictions are placed until the root cause of the restriction is resolved, while other restrictions are unfortunately permanent. Normally, this would be confirmed in the emal we send you to let you know about the restriction, if it has steps to resolve the restriction, you just need to follow those steps to get it resolved, and if it is permanent it'd be communicated there as well.
Thanks for the tag, thesmokingrunner.

Thanks for the input Marco, but that doesn't really answer the original question.
dewar-6882's account has been given a 170-day restriction. Is that 170 business days or 170 calendar days?

Thanks for your reply, thesmokingrunner.
It'd be calendar days, when it is business days we would say business day to clarify it, but fair question anyway. 👍
Hope that helps,
Marco
