Is anyone else having problems buying postage labels through eBay?

For some reason I am unable to buy postage labels.  When I change the weight/service/parcel size it reverts back to large letter.

It's still the same for me too.  No problems with Paypal, clearly an Ebay 'glitch' that is going on and on and on.  This is making me reluctant to list new items as it's so useful having the labels incorporated into the Ebay platform.  Hopefully we'll get an answer soon.

Hi Marco,

I had to send the orders out using packlink and a credit card. 
To give you an example: last week I had a single order for 10 items that required 10 Royal Mail labels. I managed to generate 5 with no issues but the system refused to work with anything beyond that so I had to revert to packlink again. 

The order number for this was 04-11034-63145

Yes I'm having problems I selected Evri 1-2 KG 3-5 days it selected Evri next day weight 0.001gm absolute nightmare 

my friend also selected Evri then it printed the label for her previous parcel this is a realmpain

I am unable to send parcels.

I can go to the Evri Parcel shop however each delivery is now 50p more expensive.

You won't speak to customers about it.

How and when will this be sorted.

Unfortunately this has been going on for many months now, maybe four or five, with no fix.  Unable to buy Royal Mail postage through the ebay platform as the Paypal option to pay is no longer working.  There is no alternative way to pay for Royal Mail other than Paypal, so it's basically pay for the other couriers through Ebay or go onto the Royal Mail platform and input all the addresses in that way.  It's the only work around at the moment.  I have tried many many times but to no avail to get some answers on this. I live in hope.

Last week I sold an item on eBay, I received an email saying that I had been paid. This email contained a link to get a postage label, clicking on this opened another page. This page had a choice of size, weight and service to be clicked on, I then printed out the postage label on my printer in less than two minutes.

Yesterday I sold four items to two buyers, one of whom bought 3 items. I never received any emails saying that the items had been sold, I only found out when I opened my eBay. When I came to buy the postage labels it was anything but straight forward, it defaulted to Royal Mail letter. After a while I found a Packlink logo, clicking on this I then had to manually enter the size and weight of the parcel and select a service which was not easy. Having done this I could not print the label directly from this page as all I got was a blank page printing out.

I am using win7 and Firefox as my web browser.

I then had to wait for two emails from Packlink so I could that I could print out the two labels.

In total it took nearly an hour to generate the postage labels due to this useless system and why was I not sent notifications from eBay to say that the items were sold?

I had a problem today where I couldn't change the weight. When I tried it just refreshed to a blank screen and I had to go back and start again.

I did finally get it to work.

Looks something has changed - where it says click return or click away - click away doesn't work.

I always used click away before (meant I could work 2 handed).

Now it only works if I click return after changing the weight.

Looks like a similar problem to the one where they changed the cursor focus in the listing description window.

Its a problem at Evri end not ebay.  I'm at work and all our Evri is not retrieving labels.

Hi fastcars000,

There is an issue from Evri's end that is causing this problem. Once that's resolved, everything should go back to normal. Since the issue is not from our end, we won't be able to confirm when exactly it will be resolved, but I'd say they are working on it to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Not happy with this. Ebay have set the prices for the customer to pay straigt away, which is good. But because the buy and print label function still isn't working I am have to pay more at the post office. I don't always have the other courier options as I live in the middle of nowhere. I see some people are getting some functions back but is the Royal Mail link working yet?
