Error on saving Profile

Is anyone else having problems updating their profile?

I keep my profile updated with the number of orders I have coming and a brief update of any news regarding my orders. When I tried to update my profile a few days ago, a red banner appeared with a ! saying Error on saving Profile.

Has anyone else experienced it and are eBay aware of this glitch? It's highly annoying!

I had been trying for months to update my profile & profile picture without success & had basically given up trying. Decided to have a wee look around and came across this.... 1st attempt and it appears to now be sorted !!  Thankyou very much 😁🙏

I finally found the solution on reddit. Basically, your About section has to be one paragraph. If there are more than one paragraphs, make them into one and then save. It worked for me!

I have been trying to edit my About profile for years and am unable to

Thanks very much for your patience on this, I've just been confirmed that this issue is now resolved. I've just done a quick test there and it seems to be working correctly, so if you get an error or something similar like that, please make sure that you're entering your info correctly.

Thank you Marco for your time and patience with this issue.

I can confirm that it is working as it should and I have been able to amend details and add my new profile pic ... after 6-8 months of running around in ever decreasing circles - this is appreciated more than you know 👍
