They have said they're working on it but were unable to give a timeframe.

At least 5 days now i'm not sure that they intend to fix this.

We have been told that some technical glitches can take months to fix.

Not sure if this will be of help or if it works on all devices may not on the app or mobile browser,  but a member has messaged to say they could make a revised invoice with a combined postage when using the iPad, then instead of payment details go to the Awaiting Payment page top right is the link to combine postage.

I haven't tried the above, but hope it works for you.

I think this is now like vinted each purchase is treated seperately so they can make more money

They made more money before they stopped charging a selling fee. I don’t
understand why they changed?

Losing people to other sites who do free selling, trying to get them back and encourage more new ones. Then after a while introduce buyer fees like the others do. It is a failure, people are cancelling sales, 1 for me and 2 for a friend when they see the fee at checkout because it is only shown there

When I buy at a proper auction I usually pay commission up to 28% and if I sell at auction I pay 28% for selling. Why can’t ebay charge a smaller amount to both buyers and sellers. We used to pay but then they stopped charging to sell. I didn’t mind the fees. At least it didn’t ruin my business

Spoke with an agent yesterday who said there were no techincal issues and the buyer had to ask for an invoice. My notes from ebay say 'buyer has not paid, you can cancel or SEND ANOTHER INVOICE. I have obviously not sent one and wish to do so for combined postal charges.

So now end up refunding a clutch of buyers of multiple items.

All was fine last week. Is it a mad March thing?

I find that when I list new items there are problems with payments from
international buyers.
If I use the ‘sell similar item’ option on an item that I have already
sold, I can just change the details on the listing with new pictures ect
and there are no issues.
The older items are ok but new listings cause payment issues
