App not working, says update and won't. Just stuck in a loop of trying to update and it saying it has the latest version. Whatever you did put it back the way it was

iPhone 12 can be updated to the latest OS version, iOS 18, so will support the app.

I got the same problem on my Samsung A5 mobile. This is total farce. Come on Ebay you forcing people to buy a new phone just to use your app, nah. Other apps don't do this. This is just a buying and selling app not a high tech game whereby you need supersonic operating system.
I'll buy and sell elsewhere and I bought alot. You're doing your sellers a disservice.

Maybe it’s because there’s too much stuff on ebays app
vinted run on iOS 14
but they’re not as convoluted or hyper lol
things which eBay do which are a total nonsense and maybe take up more thingimigings on their app
sending offers of me from sellers whose listings I copied as sell similar
i dont want to buy it I’m selling similar
duh
but yes it’s a bit wild you can’t use the app unless you have the latest device

I’m getting the same as you offers from sellers who sell the same as me. Also vouchers to spend on That sellers page.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled app five times already and I still get the blue circle of doom when trying to use the app beyond about five clicks. My android is up to date

Same here, stuck in a loop and cannot access the eBay app. Now going elsewhere to buy the product I was after, bye bye ebay. Can’t help thinking it does not make business sense to cut off customers ability to access the app and spend money? Would Asda lock their doors and then say to any customer knocking on the door to come in and spend money, “you can’t come in unless you are wearing red shoes”,….. no because that would be ridiculous…… over to you ebay!
