All applications are manually reviewed, and AI/bots would have nothing to do with the outcome of your application. As stated in the email you received, the outcome of your application could be related to multiple factors, and while we appreciate you'd like more information on it, we don't share all the details in order to prevent users from bypassing policies and/or procedures. The reasons listed in the email you received could be one of the reasons why you weren't approved, but it might not necessarily be the reason why your application was approved/denied.
Please note that we don't do appeals or anything like that on this over here, so I'm afraid that no further actions will be taken here, and the outcome will remain the same as stated in the response you received.

I'm sorry to hear that your application wasn't approved. As advised above, these applications are manually reviewed by an actual person, so applications won't get declined by an automated system. Please note that we only escalate pending applications, so users can receive an outcome. We don't go around the process to get applications approved, or find out denial reasons. I'm afraid that at this stage, we are unable to provide further information.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, the account you are applying from to sell these items is xratedgiftstore-com, correct? Or is it a different one? I've just managed to check this for you, and there are no records of application for this account. However, nothing to worry about, the team asked me to share this link here with you, and apply again. They've confirmed that once you apply through that link, you will receive an outcome between today and Tuesday (Monday is a bank holiday).
