report a buyer before purchase for breaking messaging rules

Hi

I have a buyer who is constantly being rude and abusive via messaging as I will not accept their offer which is a 3rd of the asking price.

The price is clear on the listing with a lower make offer set but the buyer is no where near that price and has decided to be rude and abusive, it appears there is no way to report buyer behaviour before purchasing.

Any info would be great on how to do this.

Why a buyer thinks being rude and abusive would make you want to sell to them under any circumstances I don't know.

Make sure you have blocked them, they can't make any more offers,but might bid at the last moment. Better not to sell than sell to this sort of buyer.

For that value do you think ECONOMY delivery is wise. In the event of loss or damage I doubt that you would get any compensation from any Courier, but you would still have to refund the buyer in full.

I think that you would find that only Royal Mail Special Delivery would give you any protection, but if you don't protect yourself no one else will.

I've blocked them using the link from the other response, thanks. I think they are trying to convince me it is overpriced and I should be grateful of the offer, even asked for a COVID deal, whatever one of those is.

Your right my concern is that he then buys it and makes up issues with it to try and get his money back.
