This is my first time selling an item They only purchased a couple of hours ago, I was trying to click on something else on my iPad and accidentally marked that the buyer had paid for the item when they haven't yet How do I undo this??   edit: I cannot see any option to mark as unpaid, where is this exactly?? Anyone had any probloms posting to buyers ireland, I have just done a check on two buyers and found the address that were given to be up for sale, these sales were diffrant buyers with the first part of the post code the same, I've cancelled one sale but posted the first one off, so just sit back and see what happens. ... First time I have sold anything on ebay in maybe 10 years.   The first item I have sold and the buyer sent payment to my PayPal on 14th April, PayPal tell me eBay have put a hold on it. I can't find any way of caontacting eBay about this? the help pages go around and around, it won't let me open a ticket in the reslutioon center because it says payment has been made, and the 'contact ebay' link from the resolutin center goes back to the useless help home page.   Half the pages look like they have come straing from the 1990's while others look more modern?   the navigation is appauling, trying to find help is just a joke.   Is eBay always this **bleep**?   ... Hello my first time posting have been a member for 14 years, I am shielding due to Covid - 19 so not oging to post office. I need a refund from Packlink but it is asking for the reference number and invoice number.   I have no clue what one of my Paypal invoices relates to the item as none of the 5 i have paid for today via Paypal actually say what item it relates to.   This is ridiculous if i click print postage label on the actual item and do this via Packlink why on earth would there be no reference relating to the item.   Maybe it's me being thick but can anyone point me in the right direction.   Is there anywhere on the item's sale page that wil give me the reference and invoice number for the Packlink transaction.   Thank you   Leigh ... My selling overview is showing all my listings, but when i click into sellers other items, it is only showing that i have 5 items for sale. Some items were visable yesterday ( i sold some) but they have now disappeared. I had a couple of friends check my listings and they can only see 5.  Anyone know whats going on?   ... View more

Hello   The familiar seller listing tool seems to have changed.   I cant upload photos of items I want to sell now from my mobile phone now and the post and packaging list of options and prices has gone too.   This new tool is more awkward and time consuming to use - how do I get the old tool back please?   Tillyb2008 ... I am asking about how GSP costs are determined. Although I have not worked this out exactly the average cost of posting one of my items (a book) to the USA using GSP is around £29. Which is pretty high. But some individual items are incredibly expensive. For example a Ladybird book (very small and light) costing £9.99 with free postage in the UK costs £42.14 to post to the USA. A newspaper (costing £19.99) weighing only 206 grams including packaging costs £42.30. I queried with eBay the newspaper - they confirmed the postage was indeed £42.30. They said the costs were not determined by humans but by machine and could not be amended. I tried totally relisting the newspaper and entering the weight but it still came up at the same high postage cost. I do wish to remain within the GSP but just wondered if anyone had any helpful comments on how to reduce some of these high costs.  ... View more

Ebay is removing listing of essentials like toilet rolls and hand sanitizers and wipes because listings are not following price gouging  policy as sellers should sell same price as high street shops but how can sellers do that when there is ebay fees and paypal fees on top of that price on top of the postage cost. most of the sellers want and can sell same price of high street shops and help people and also make a living in this situation because majority of sellers are self employed and there is still no help or funding till June from goverment to help but with the fees on top we have to add on top of the cost and when we do that  our listing gets removed so we bought the items from the factory or distributer and we cant compite with high street shops and  we cant sell it on ebay so what should we do ....Ebay should help us, cut the fees on essential items no ebay or paypal fees so we can help people and help ourself  https://www.change.org/p/ebay-fees-cut ...
