I'm unable to edit my account settings to allow PayPal on my listings. I found the setting but i can't edit it like some of the others.

paypal has to be offered so there isn't an option to allow or not allow, as it is compulsory

PayPal is automatically included - it's compulsory, so you don't have to 'allow' it.
Everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including how to accept payment, is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). Have a good read before you list anything, so that you know what you're doing.

Have you tried setting up an eBay Selling account before attempting to list ... then linking both accounts ? >
