Someone keeps adding javascript to my listings

I keep changing my password to something complex. I dont click on suspious links. I have a decent virus scanner. I work in IT. Yet somehow every couple of months someone keeps adding javascript to my items phishing for usernames and passwords. I think its an side job now. Its becoming irrating now. ... View more

How to view bidder profile?

Hi I've been reading some other threads on this forum and have noticed that is possible to view a bidder's bid profile.     I checked out a link in someone's comment on a differnt thread from just last month as an example and it looked very handy.    However, I just cant find how to View Bidder Profile myself - it just opens up their basic feedback page.   I have tried clicking on the bidder username and also tried going through advanced search.     But whatever I do just opens their feedback page.   That's not what I am looking for. item not recieved global shipping program

i recently sold a silver decanter label to a customer in the netherlands through the global shipping program , buyer says the item as not been recieved so i advised him to open a item not reieved case so it can be sorted out as my couriers tracking shows it as being delivered to the global shipping unit so i have no way of finding out where it is , the customer hasnt done this but as left me negative feedback because the item hasnt arrived , i contacted customer support who say they cant remove the neg but i thought i was protedted from negative feedback as long as i completed my part of the transaction ie got the item delivered to thegsp unit otherwise i would never have used the program , how can i be to blame for the second part of the delivery which i have no part in ? is this correct ? ... Hi, has anyone out there had any problems with Hermes Light and Large recently?

Hi, has anyone out there had any problems with Hermes Light and Large recently? I used them successfully for years, but the last 3 parcels I sent with them have all gone missing. So far a huge brass candelarbra collected 20th May and then a further 2 parcels containing a bike and 2 sledges collected 26th May. The tracking just shows they have been collected, but then nothing. Seems very odd that all 3 parcels have gone off the radar. I noticed they are not appearing on the list of couriers to book anymore. I have opened cases with Parcel2go, who I booked them through, and asked their helpline if they know if the service has been suspended, but they did not aknowledge any issues that they were aware of. I now have 3 customers who are getting techy that I am going to have to refund soon so I willbe seriously out of pocket. I can't be the only one? ... View more

Listing preview problem

I've created a listing, and in the "Product details" section at the very top, "Prefill this listing with eBay catalogue info" is ticked and when I click on "See details" I get a preview of the full product information.   However - the product information does not show when I preview my listing. Sell for £1 max for a month new not listings applied to June offer

Hello, Just taken up the June 2020 Sell for £1 max for a month invite which I activated today.   I started listing new items using my listing templates but it seems the new listings are coming off my shop allowance and not from the new offer allowance. Anyone else had the same problem?   I don't wish to use my shop allowance up as I need these later in the month for my multi-listings that renew so I'm wonderng if I missed anything when I activated the offer. Can I advertise a campervan if it's not available until August and mention this in the ad?

I've got a campervan for sale on eBay as an auction for 10 days. However, we need it until August 2020 and I have put in the advert that the campervan will be available from August 1st 2020. The payment will be on collection as well. Is this okay? Can they force me to give the campervan to the buyer straight after the 10 auction days? Thank you.  ... View more

So, my first EVER ebay sale, I did not have to wait for payment

I set up a buy it now only listing, he paid the asking price and I was able to transfer the money from paypal to my bank account the same minute he sent it to me, no waiting for delivery confirmation, no 21 day wait, just instant money. Keep in mind this was my first sale, ever.   Now, on my second ever sale, same deal - buy it now only, im now being told i have to wait up to 21 days for the money, I asked the guy to do me a favour and confirm delivery right away so i can get the money, and he is saying there is not even an OPTION to confirm delivery, is he lying to me? Why was the first guy able to pay me instantly but the second cant?   Btw, the insta payment WAS via ebay too, he did not pay directly into my paypal.  ... View more

I put my item up with start price plus "Make offer"

Customer made an offer - This was immediately aoutomatically accepted, though I had not placed ANY sum in the auto box when I set the advert up. As it happens I am happy with price, bt it seems the auto box function on eBay is faulty. Anyone had similar experience or can explain what I may have inadvertantly done on setting up my advert? ...
