how can i do step by step for sent offer to buyer?
Next to the item in your listings there's a link that says 'Sell Similar'.
If a buyer sends you an offer that will change to 'review all offers'.
If you click on that, you'll see a list, and there will be a button to accept or decline an offer.
If the seller lists with best offer, then that is what you. If they don't offer best offer thenthey don't want offers by message.
If there is best offer on a listing it is all self explanatory, if you can't work it out enter BEST OFFER in HELP & CONTACT, and read all about it.
