Hi Can anyone tell me how I can add a discount to multiple purchases? Across different listings? I've listed my napkins individually with 50% off, if more than one purchased, but i want them to be able to choose from the different napkins listed and get the discount at the checkout.  So they don't have to purchase two or more of the same napkins. hope that makes sense. Buyer bought my Wii. After 2 weeks he opened a case against me and wanted 8 pounds refund for a faulty control button on  the handset but said he was happy otherwise and if I paid he would close the case. So rightly or wrongly I refunded him and trusted him. I told him I had sent 8 pounds via paypal and asked him to shut the case. I sent 2 emails and no reply. He then sent via the case history a return date and tracking number. There is no such number and I have complained twice to Ebay and told them all I have said so far in this email. I have now received an email saying I should refund this buyer by tomorrow as the last day. Can someone please help me. I am down financially for a computer and stupidly gave back 8 pounds for a controller.  Now I haven't received the computer back. There must be something I can do ... View more

I have just had a false return claim on a item that I sold. Ebay have agreed that it was a false claim but have made me pay for all the postage costs.  They said at the time I would not have to pay for these cost, but have now told me I have to pay even though it's not my fault. I am not at all happy with Ebay.  The buyers get all the rights and the sellers have non at all. Like we can't even leave negative feedback for bad buyers. Non of this seems fair to me. I have been seen buyers shipping info with only first name in paypal shipping info, then a company address with a long number i thought was a po box number but it turned out to be telephone number, question is how can a bank like organisation operate in this manner, there seems to be no control over what ever a user wants to write in paypal user data, i almost lost a parcel when i asked buyers full name and later paypal accused me of sending to wrong person, all this mess created by themselves, even telephone number is written next to company name without any markings, they call users for secure behavior but create totally unsecure environment by themselves. ... How frustrating. A buyer has left negative feedback stating that I refused to refund them for a damaged item. They contacted me 20 days after delivery. After further investigation and an initial offer of a partial refund I found out that they had used a freight forwarding company - they were not forthcoming with this information. eBay states that using a FF company voids buyer protection and once I realised that another third party had handled the parcel I didn't think it was fair. I drew the buyer's attention to this but rather than open a claim with eBay they have left negative feedback instead.   eBay wouldn't remove the feedback as they said it was the buyer's 'experience' but it makes no sense to me that their own policy means they wouldn't have supported a claim yet it's fine to leave negative feedback.
