Hi,
I've just created new account and would like to upgrade it to business. However when I go to my Ebay> Personal Info> Account Type, there is no edit box for me to request the upgrade? Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

A rather stupid coding glitch means that you need to list an item on a private account before you can upgrade it to a business one.
