A buyer bought something from me I have wrapped it ready to post tomorrow I then get an email from them saying they wish to cancel the order what advice do you have

Just to add that when you cancel, the Ebay selling fee will be auto-credited back to your Ebay account. But there will be no refund of the PayPal fee, sadly (I'm assuming the buyer has already paid, as the parcel is ready to ship). So you might consider adding this buyer's Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List, so there's no risk of them messing you around again.
